Sean is the founder and visionary at INCODEMA. Under his leadership INCODEMA is fast becoming known as the preeminent precision sheet metal / rapid prototype stamping manufacturer. His deep understanding of product design and management skills ensures continued growth. Sean believes that his role is to provide his team with everything it needs to succeed - vision, direction, motivation, education and resources.

Randy ensures that INCODEMA's customers are provided with the highest quality parts with the quickest turnaround time. With over 25 years as a manufacturers rep for leading technology companies, Randy provides valuable experience and know-how to provide the ultimate in customer service.

Mike Wargo, Operations

Mike directs the day-to-day activities and manufacturing operations for INCODEMA. With Mike's extensive experience in the millwork industry as estimator and project manager he helps to ensure that INCODEMA is a smooth running organization. From reviewing quotes for some of the more complex parts to determining the best manufacturing and tooling strategy Mike and his team consistently find a way to deliver parts faster than anyone and better than anyone.

Andy Jaye, Engineering

What's a typical day for Andy? Laser operations, managing the engineering staff, process & work flow management, production/procurement/allocation management, defining special tooling requirements, and recommending special plating requirements. Andy ensures that you get the part you've designed - in the time frame you requested. His wide range of manufacturing engineering and process flow experience contributes to INCODEMA's mission of delivering the highest quality precision, custom metal stampings.

Bryan Benjamin, Quality

Bryan is responsible for establishing and maintaining an ISO9001;2000 quality management system for INCODEMA. This is not in unfamiliar territory for Bryan as he has led 2 previous companies to ISO certification. Bryan is charging forward to meet his goal of ISO certifiaction in 2005. Bryan's skills and expertise in engineering QA will enable INCODEMA to develop repeatable processes to ensure the highest quality possible.
