Incodema is located in beautiful Ithaca, New York. It is within site of Cornell University and Ithaca College.
Incodema has recently redesigned and renovated its facilities to better accommodate lean manufacturing principles and 5S procedures. This high-tech manufacturing facility is also able to accommodate the expansion of our capital equipment acquisition program.
Our current, newly renovated 30,000 sq. ft facility features a layout and building plan that allows parts being manufactured to flow between work sites as efficiently as possible.
In addition to our newly renovated office and manufacturing spaces, our physical plant includes a 20,000 gallon bulk nitrogen and oxygen storage facility. This insures that we are able to buy in bulk and maintain a high quality, impurity free, gas mix needed for our laser cutters and other precision tools.
Our facility also features an enlarged material storage facility that allows us to leverage price swings in the materials market. In conjunction with our large volume buying power Incodema is able to effectively leverage price fluxuations to help manage the seemingly ever increasing material cost. This capability allows us to keep our material costs as low as possible while maintaining our fast deliver times of high quality parts.
We stand ready for expansion. As Incodema grows our facilities will be able to keep pace with the facilities plan in place. Additional overflow space and shop floor optimization will help Incodema expand any space needed for unanticipated growth in excess of our plan.
