5S is a method for organizing a workplace and keeping it organized. In 2009, Incodema reached the goal of obtaining a “5” rating in all common work areas and production centers.
Incodema’s entire workforce has become committed to the principles of Lean and 5S. The results to date have been very impressive. Work centers are running more efficiently, the tools are always available when needed, and the pride in the workplace and products is self evident.
