Administered by the US Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), under authority established by the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), ITAR regulates the manufacture, export and transfer of defense articles, information and services. This ITAR Registration means that Incodema is in the position of being able to fully support all military and homeland security projects in the U.S. Unlike other companies who are based in the U.S. but owned by foreign companies or non-Americans and with restrictions making them ineligible for ITAR compliance, Incodema is fully owned and operated 100% by U.S. citizens as denoted by Incodema's ITAR registration.
