Lean Management
We employ the 6S System of Lean Management Methodology to streamline our operations. Since implementing this system, we’ve increased production and improved quality, which allows us to provide fast turnaround times to our customers.
Quality Assurance
Our highly trained quality control engineers inspect every part that leaves our facility, and we have several digital coordinate measurement machines and digital optical comparators throughout our facilities. Our inspectors produce quality reports based on your design’s unique specifications and requirements. By combining our staff’s expertise with the latest technology, we have created a control system that is reliable and efficient.
Our Facilities
Our 30,000 square foot facility is located in Ithaca, New York near Cornell University and Ithaca College. We maintain over 50 machines on our shop floor, and we recently invested in an updated tool room and augmented our material storage. As Incodema continues to grow, our facility has the capacity to grow with us, accommodating new technologies and evolving customer needs.
