Cutting

With our wide selection of cutting technologies, we can work quickly and accurately with a variety of materials to produce complex, intricate parts. These technologies eliminate the need for costly tool blanking, reducing setup and processing times.

Laser Cutting

Laser cutting is highly accurate and yields excellent cut quality with minimal heat affected zones. This process is ideal for fast, high-quality prototyping and low volume production quantities.

Water Jet
Cutting

Waterjet is a computer numerical control (CNC) machine tool process capable of cutting titanium, Inconel, brass, tool steel, glass, stone, ceramics and composites with superior edge quality and minimal burr. It is ideal for heavy gage and tough applications and can cut materials with a thickness of up to 6 inches in both low and high quantities.

Photo Chemical
Machining/ Etching

Photo chemical machining/etching (PCM) is a process of selectively removing material by using a chemical action, and it is the ideal manufacturing solution for parts with complex geometries such as encoders, screens and filters. PCM is highly precise and produces burr-free parts quickly and at a low cost. With PCM, the hardness, grain structure and ductility of the metal remains unchanged by the process. We offer PCM processing in our AS9100 certified Newcut facility.

Wire Electrical
Discharge Machining

Wire electrical discharge machining (EDM) uses electrical currents to cut complex contours in pre-hardened steel. This process is ideal for creating highly detailed, very small prototypes.
